The recipe is as simple as my mother's love. If you have potato, salt and sugar, then it's enough!.
<Potato Pancake Recipe>
1. Peel off a potato and grate it with a fine grater. It's easier if you grind on a strainer and place a bowl under the strainer.
2. Drain the water from the ground potato using strainer. Press the grated potato firmly with your hand.
3. Leave the bowl still for a while, and then you will see clear water and sunken starch. Remove the water, but make sure you don't throw everything away. Leave some. Mix sunken starch, little amount of water, ground potato, a bit of salt and sugar altogether.
4. Put cooking oil on frying pan, and then fry-pan the batter.
*I don't know an exact amount of salt and sugar. I added a pinch of sugar and salt, respectively. If you don't have soy sauce for a dip, then add more salt. If you have soy sauce, a pinch of salt is enough.
*You can make vinegar soy sauce for a dipping sauce with mixture of vinegar and soy sauce (1:1). If it's too salty, then add some water.
*One potato is one slice of pancake.
